Holyfield of the Foreman fight vs Galento of the 2nd Baer fight. Who wins?

Can Holyfield really give away so much weight against a guy coming straight at him?

Without Galento injuring his hand, do you think Holy can make it??

Galento is the greatest of all time.
It’s truly a shame that he and Carnera never went down. The two greatest of a century. These days matchmaking has gotten a lot better.

Lol. I can guarantee you this , it may take Holyfield a few more rds's than Louis to destroy Galento, but he gets destroyed just the same. And Holyfield would do it without being put on his ass.

Galento always dangerous but Evander prevails - Tony was tougher than Bert Cooper IMO

Yeah I thought that too, matching the Evander of the Cooper fight. But since Evander got such extreme weight disadvantage, I didn´t want to make the heavier man look even more competitive here.
What about same 215lb Cooper against that rare SHW beast?

Do you mean Cooper vs Galento- that would be a tough offensive battle- could go either way but I would lean with 2 TON Tony

I'd pay to see it. I just love the way Galento feints before throwing the left hook. You know it's coming, but his timing is such that you don't know exactly when. That said, Evander by kayo naturally. But I give Tony G. a 1% chance.

Galento to modern for Holy. Man beyond his time would fit right in now. Galento probably knocks him out in 30 seconds. To much weight difference between the two. Weight is everything ask modern Ruiz

Galento would get beaten from pillar to post.

As Vander said, he himself would do the same to Louis.

    Get with the times.

Actually yeah Cooper vs Galento is a way better thread idea than whatever crap this is. I too favor Two Ton but it would be fun and dirty as hell, solid hypothetical

Did Holyfield ever actually say he'd destroy Joe Louis? I should smack him if he did

I'd feel bad afterwards cause he's punch drunk but the world needs to return to balance.

Anybody who makes threads like this should be banned. It isn't even funny trolling. Galento's natural weighed was 180 pounds. He was just a lard butt who didn't take care of himself. He put on fat not muscle. In any case Holyfield stop the blubber butt in a few rounds.
