I've got Joshua by decision and I'll stand by that whatever happens. No one on here is Nostradamus and shouldn't feel so precious about getting a pick wrong.

Spot on! This thread is just a bit of fun, and could aid people when it comes to the inevitable banter approaching aha!

I back Joshua 100% myself, think he'll get the KO!

Ruiz by KO, again. Better boxing skills, takes a punch better, better endurance, more natural fighter.

Think AJ will have learned a valuable lesson from last time and will have prepared properly for this fight AJ to win round 4 KO

Ruiz hurts him bad for the first time in the 5th or 6th, but finishes him quickly from that point. Joshua gets TKO’d in the 6th.

I reserve the right to be wrong, of course. Joshua does have a lot going for him.

    It’s a toss up fight.

If Joshua has the right frame of mind and is not mentaly shot with boxing, I like him to win on points. If he doesn’t I think he’ll be knocked out again.

I also thinks there is a serious chance for a DQ with Ruiz jr as the winner as Joshua will foul or rule bend when he’s in trouble.

I'll bite, since we don't have enough people 'stand by' their wrong predictions after the outcome happens. Copy and paste from other thread (quoting means it disappears in the replies).

This fight is a bit of a pick em situation, since we don't have full evaluation of the context.

I'm going with Ruiz to stop Joshua again, as @George Crowcroft said. He provides stylistic problems that I don't think Joshua will be able to solve, especially with only 6 months thereabouts, such as his adept usage of parrying, his controlled manner of being the shorter man (which always bothered AJ) and his hand speed alongside his chin. AJ simply doesn't have the 'finesse' and boxing instinct to avoid him for 12. I actually think he should go all out for an early KO on Ruiz instead.

I also think Hunter will score a decision win over Povetkin.

Ruiz Jr knocks him out quicker this time.
