Persoon was jobbed, Taylor showed guts star quality fighting through adversity winning 4 rounds of a fight she wasn't ready for, meaning she wasn't expecting her opponent to actually try to win a fight against her. Persoon won this fight though, she battled and brawled hard and easily won 6 rounds possibly 7. One of the more iconic fights I've seen in awhile that made me feel a certain way. That might just be me wanting to rail Katie, still great fight and a FOTY contender, male or female.

Well I just watched the Joshua vs Ruiz fight again and that was no fluke. Ruiz controlled the fight throughout, clearly won 4 of the 6 rounds scored and the 2 I gave to AJ were just edged, while also scoring 4 knockdowns. I can't see the rematch going much differently except for Joshua being much more cautious and possibly going to a decision loss.

 

I also think Ruiz beats Wilder by decision, he looks like he has a chin that can stand up to Wilder's power once he's settled in. I'd really like to see Ruiz versus Fury & if Parker can get a couple more good wins a rematch versus him in the US this time (I thought Ruiz edged the first Parker fight in Joe's backyard.)

 

He certainly destroyed that dumpling.

 

That is the thing bullies least enjoy.

Joshua's style is based on intimidation. As soon as someone took what he had to offer and gave it back with interest, he **** himself and looked for a way to quit.

At least Mike Tyson went out on his shield against Douglas, Holyfield the first time and Lewis.

 

Because he knew Andy wasn't intimidated by him.
