I hate to say it, but I agree about his face. He’s just got one of those really punchable faces that gets on your nerves for some reason. Ryan Garcia is still the champion for me though when it comes to punchable faces.

Folk may say Ruiz has not got a lot going on upstairs and that he may be a simpleton when he speaks, but his fight brain worked mighty fine in first Joshua fight and his fists did the speaking that night making a very clear statement, If being a simpleton like Ruiz enables him to be World Heavyweight Champion, resulting in him earning mega money, i say don't try to be a intellectual, let folk think you are dimwit, just keep your brain cells for counting your bank balance.

He looks totally different since the ring walk with Ruiz, hes had a breakdown of some sort to me,his Dad going off at Hearn in the ring is more than just jitters and being forced in to the ring with Ruiz, I think Hearns convinced Joshua to carry on fighting when hes not right, no other reason for Dad having to be restrained imo. Joshua will have more of a gas tank but he just ins't light on his feet, you can't manufacture that by dropping weight. Jnr is going to punch holes in him.
Fury intelligent, i think not. Fury who had all the belts, was top dog, had the opportunity with all his talents and physical attributes to amass a unbeaten title defence run that challenged most ATGs successful defence records. But no he threw it all away through excessive lifestyle choices, and lack of professional/self discipline, those are not the actions and choices of an intelligent man. Mental health bandied around as cause/effect of the above, no doubt mental demons were around, however those are post poor lifestyle behaviours and choices, realising what you have thrown away, the titles and money you have lost and what you have become. Fury now has got his act together and hopefully continues to make intelligent life choices. Fury and Ruiz showed you do not have to have a chiselled physique to become World Heavyweight Champion, just need to ensure there are some added notches on title belt to fit around their midriff.
I don't know. His dad going off on Hearn like that after the fight was strange and it definitely lends credence to theory that something wasn't right with AJ going into it. I think he was definitely nervous and all that chewing his gum shield during the announcements seemed a bit off and he immediately started doing it again after the 3rd KD at a moment where he was obviously under an enormous amount of stress.
