Hmmm you should learn when not to **** off the staff, learn some Internet etiquette and stop being an uppity snob. You can have a calm discussion but these guys are just boxing fans who speak their mind too. You don't gain their favour acting like a holier than thou knobhead. They're not just your typical boring ass mods of the same disposition as you.

You are right in your original post Ruiz does carry his weight very well but I don’t think another 15lbs is going to benefit him any.

You never said drugs were or weren’t miracle workers. You said Miller is 260-300 lbs and has great stamina. Miller has a great engine because he takes EPO and HGH amongst a cocktail of drugs, I don’t know when he started taking them and haven’t seen him since he was popped so can’t compare yet but I do expect his stamina to dip carrying around 22 stone in a boxing ring.... drugs do increase performance including stamina, that’s why people take them and why they are banned....

Just a poor comparison between Ruiz and Miller IMO.

Ruiz is coming in way too heavy. He’ll be sporting a beach ball like gut, which screws up balance inboxing. His foot speed a key in the last fight will be diminished.

I’m not saying he can’t win. I am saying his chances of victory have gone down.

Amazing millions are on the line for Ruiz’s career and this is the shape he’s in? 99 percent of active boxers would be in their best shape ever for a chance at this type of money.

    Wow

This is the fattest Ruiz been since his second pro fight ...I mean I hope he at least has a strategy here other than trying to buldoze Joshua down early.

It is sad to see Ruiz coming to the fight of his life with 283 :( He is at most 6 0' or 6 1' and his natural weight can be around 220s. This is a clear sign for lack of discipline. Yes he won the last fight but this time AJ wont be as stupid to exchange blows inside. Ruiz has fast hands but don't move fast enough to close the distance vs a more careful AJ. Sorry Ruiz fans, this time AJ is a big favourite to win by UD or late TKO.

I know lots of people are playing his weight down but I’m not gonna lie the first thing that came to mind when I heard his weight was cash out.

hopefully not but you can’t help wonder when he’s *that* heavy.

Having seen all of Ruiz previous fights, he can carry the excess bulk. He is also a combination puncher and he doesn't waste his punches. I predict a repeat of the first fight

Doesn't mean wasn't a lumbering and sloppy with none of Ruiz's skill and athleticism.

    I imagine so, too.

I think he has been busting his balls in camp. The extra weight will probably be just down to him starting camp heavier than usual due to the partying and eating he was doing between the first fight and the start of camp for tomorrow's fight.

Being that heavy just doesn't make sense. If it aint broke why fix it? It's too much of a risk. Manny Robles is not an idiot. I think it simply indicates Ruiz hasn't paid the price in the gym. I may be proved to be wrong (thats the fun right?) but I think he just lost the fight on the scales. If AJ survives first 3/4 he'll take over a stop him I think.

Ruiz is an idiot. Maybe the weight won't make him lose, but it definitely won't help him win. He has an opportunity to get yet another massive payday after this one, and he took an unnecessary risk.

He's some combination of stupid, arrogant and lazy, and he had better hope he has not tempted fate. I cheered for Ruiz in the first fight and will again tomorrow, but fundamentally I can't support any ostensible professional who is as derelict as he is.
