Hunter is still new to elite HW boxing, Povetkin is done bc AJ smashed him right ? Lol

The same AJ suppose to win next.

There are too many good heavyweights coming up. Hrgovic, Dubois, and Joyce are better prospects than Hunter. He needs to differentiate himself from that group. Win a rematch and he is certainly in the mix.

Yea those guys are different threats,

One, Hrgovic and Joyce aren’t prospects and actually fought before years ago....

DDD is a prospect but not for long....

All are killers in their own way.

I’m really disappointed in Joyce’s career track. He is a good fighter and should be fighting better opposition.

Hunter is FULLY overrated... said it a million times... even to his die hard fan elmadito...

I told you Hunter is not world class and he aint beating the top guys..

Povetkin had him seriously hurt multiple times

But Hunter is a great guy, and has a good skill set none the less... just not enough for the big boys.

Usyk will be same story, as always... Aydamn.. your local Mystic (always get it right) prediction machine

Hunter just isn't an elite heavyweight. He has questionable power, poor conditioning, and minimal mental toughness. If Povetkin didn't have one foot in the grave (boxing wise) he would have been knocked out.

I am not big on Hunter, but I did feel he clearly won this fight. Had it 9-3 117-111 I can see 115-113...but I can’t see a draw let alone Povetkin winning...oh well

Really disappointed in Hunter he looked tired (vs a 40 year old) and sloppy. Surprising the only place I felt he got good work in was the clinches. This guy will be dead meat when he faces another top heavy weight

I thought he beat Povetkin by his workrate. The big downside with Hunter is i feel he lacks true heavyweight power which will hinder him vs the top 3.

Povetkin is way past his best but he was still ranked #7 by The Ring albeit for some strange reason they had Ortiz ranked ahead of him both before and after the Bootleg Dorticos rematch when Povetkin is way more accomplished both pro and amateur as well. A 40 y/0 Ortiz whose best win is Bryant Jennings, has only fought one puncher and who struggled against and was getting lit up all night with right hands against Christina Hammer in his last fight, that's the same Christina Hammer Povetkin schooled a better version of, and in his fight prior to that Ortiz needed 10 rounds to get Travis ''Tomato Can'' Kauffman out of there, the same Kauffman who was saved from a KO1 defeat by the bell in his previous fight against a 14-2-2 nobody?

So Bootleg Dorticos gets a ton of credit for beating Ortiz but Hunter is getting crapped on for arguably beating (I had him winning on my card) Povetkin who is and always has been better than Ortiz and everyone knows Ortiz's real age is closer to 80 than it is 40.

If Bootleg Dorticos didn't have a bomb of a right hand he would've been, at best, shut out 12-0 by a senior citizen whose head is and always has been a magnet for right hands. Let that sink in.

It took Bootleg Dorticos 7 rounds to time an OAP with a right hand FFS

Notice the utter ease a 257lb Christina Hammer was able to light the same Ortiz up with rights and what you'll also notice here is Hammer's face wasn't a mask of fear of getting clipped by Ortiz's left cross. He wasn't particularly worried by them whereas Bootleg Dorticos was positively and undeniably terrified of Ortiz's left cross.

This draw is going to be good for Hunter, he needs to learn how to execute a game plan instead of going in there and swinging like a mad man hoping something lands clean. Needs to get a better trainer as well.

Who the fk is Bootleg Dorticos? :lol

    114-114 maybe

But to have Povetkin ahead on 116-114 is BS.

I had Hunter winning by 2 rounds.

You show me The 8 rounds Povetkin supposedly won and i'll show you my genitals.
