He's been deemed clean in the way that, he had traces of peds in his system, got issued a notice of charge, which means he has broken the rules of UKAD, then fought it for 6 months and bullied UKAD into withdrawing the charge. nothing change from the date of charge to the withdrawn charge except costing them money.
