To me it mostly depends on whether Wilder connects flush with the right hand. I honestly don't think Joshua could take it. I do see Joshua perhaps beating Fury in a mega snooze-fest.
Stopped reading when you said wilder fights old out of shape guys Joshua just fought a guy who was 280 plus ****ing pounds what the hell are you talking about dude ate pizza and tacos on fight week!!! And also ****ing literally ran the whole ****ing match from that previously stated fat ass taco pizza eating boxer!!
something like ....run scared the whole fight ....jab.....grab.....run for dear life. Worked the other night. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Yes, a run will help get a win. that works. It is the approach of those that are happy with it. Boxing history has numerous examples of those that had more pride. thankfully
Yeah, so he did his best rabbit impersonation against a 300 pound stumpy blob stuck in cement in a 30 ft ring but all over sudden his is jumping on the hardest puncher the division has seen in decades................plus Ruiz is not even a hard puncher , he never was, AJ went down from grazing shots, spit his mouth piece out and QUIT. Ortiz , a skilled Southpaw with heavy hands could not get to him but no the glass chinned Bodybuilder is just gonna bull doze Wilder.........if the fight ever will get made AJ will run like against Ruiz II....same game plan.....will win some rounds and gets his lights switched off by the first right hand that lands. Fact. If Wilder can put the safety first Fury on his azz the Bodybuilder is going into the oxygen tank...........AJ is soooooooo open for the right hand it is not even funny and that is the reason he is fighting nothing but short stumpy hookers.........the only straight puncher he ever met was a gray haired pensioner WK who had not won a fight in YEARS and was almost put out by ONE punch and needed rounds and rounds to recover from. Wilder will KO AJ flat...............Hearns knows it and that fight will never be made.
AJ will outbox him using his speed, lateral movement and boxing ability. When the time is right he will put Wilder’s lights out
I dont think he even need to box on his toes that much. Just punch his way in and finnish him in the clinch and pocket. Like with that lefthook grab pull uppercut move and its over.
Wilder is quite easy to put on the back foot, as he waits to land that big right. I can see Joshua pressing the action, but not recklessly. Joshua’s natural game is to follow in with his jab, which he did several times against Ruiz, much to his detriment in the first fight. He had to quickly go back to the game plan in the second fight. However, this will be encouraged against Wilder. Get inside, medium to close range, and take Wilder’s power away while Joshua goes to work.
Aj needs a fast and hard aggressive start to stop wilder quickly and efficiently. No good hanging about waiting for wilder to land a right. In hard and early for Joshua to take wilder out with power and aggression!
