Which fighter brought more shame to Mexican boxing?

Andy coming in ultra obesatron mode or Mikey pumping his fist at the end of every round like he was doing something?

    Discuss.

Mikey done nothing wrong, had no business being in there with a fighter 2 weight classes above.

Andy Ruiz showed up the same as last time except a bit heavier

Don't see how he didnt do what he did last time....

AJ was better... not Ruiz worse.

After the third round, Mikey stop trying to win, he was content with surviving and collecting his paycheck. Ruiz at least tried even with the extra weight, he showed up expecting to do the same thing he did the first time, but AJ sharpened his running game, so he couldn't catch him.

Mikey because the good people of Mexico still hadn't forgiven him for disgracing both himself and all the Mexican greats who came before him for pulling that no mas against Salido. Whoever heard of a ''Mexican warrior'' pulling a quit job because their poor widdle nose was sore? A 1-0 Loma who'd never been past 5 rounds before and who was outweighed by a whopping 11lbs didn't quit against Saildo even though he'd been subjected to a trillion thunderous testicle thumps from first bell to last. But for Mikey to then go and pull a second No Mas (albeit a category 3 one) against feather-fist Spence?? WTF?! Disgraceful beyond words.

    I'm torn.
Mikey was in shape, but didn't nothing to win. Ruiz wasn't in shape, but tried to win.

Mikey did have it easier to make wait tho, so I'm going for him being more disgraceful.

    I voted for Andy.

Mikey Garcia didn't already have a KO win over Spence six months earlier. And Spence wasn't running for his life, flinching every time Mikey attemped a punch.

Mikey Garcia lost to a sharp fighter he had no business in the ring with.

    Andy Ruiz didn't.

    Equal

One fighter was dumb enough to think he could put a fraction in effort during training and believe he could win.

The other fighter just came to collect a paycheck, and thought that by raising his arm after every round would sway the fans or the judges to think he was in the fight.

Lost a lot of respect for both.

Mikeys was more pitiful (Ruiz actually managed to hurt Joshua once or twice) but I voted Ruiz because he clearly didn’t take the fight seriously and lost one of the most coveted prizes in boxing through his lack of effort and dedication. Whereas I think Mikey did actually train his arse off in camp for the Spence showdown and tried his best in the ring, but came up short...in a big way

Let's put it this way. I still think Mikey would've pulled that category 3 No Mas against this post-car wreck version of Spence. Andy might be an obese pudding draped in bling who partied it up too hard after his fairy godfathers Eddie and AJ afforded him the once in a million lifetimes opportunity to turn himself from a pauper to a king, but at least he did waddle forward all night trying to get into range so he could let his hands go.
