Deontay Wilder will never be an international star like Anthony Joshua and Muhammad Ali

Ermm.. I'm a boxing fan not a one trick pony fan. You might be easier to please than I, although I do like and can appreciate ko power of a fighter but I want a little more from the sport than what deontay gives, thanks. I quite frankly can't get my head around people defending him for being utter tripe in every other department other than having a dangerous right hand. but there we go, To each their own.

    No.

Joshua has fought the better competition, and has 3 heavyweight belts: WBA, IBF, and WBO.

Joshua is the man, he's the real champion. Wilder is just a pretender.

If Wilder beats Fury (legit) and then beats AJ or the man that beats AJ or rules for Wladimir like length of time he's obviously going to be seen as legitimately the boss. Right now he's not, no.

This is going to blow your mind but it's possible to appreciate both the Rigos of this world and the Wilders of this world. Having a HW who can turn anyone lights out with one shot is great and his fragility as a fighter adds an extra dimension of unpredictability to every fight he has. If that isn't for you, so be it. I'll stick to watching Wilder's fights and you can watch Barthelemy-Easter Jr.

Joshua isn't a star let alone an international star.

That's exactly how I feel about Joshua, only I think that when the going gets tough, he's a pure coward underneath.

Guys, the anger that Joshua fans had to go through after his tko quitting loss is surfacing in this thread. But we're glad you're back. Apparently you weren't humbled by his tko loss, but in a few years we will find out if Joshua csn become great or not.

You're making a fool out of yourself:

Joshua is arguably the biggest star in boxing, alongside Mexican star Canelo Alvarez, who picks up a contracted £30 million per fight as part of his deal with broadcasters DAZN.

Ruiz’s rematch with Joshua is taking place in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, however.

The country have put up a reported £31m site fee in order to stage the event at the UNESCO World Heritage site in the country’s capital Riyadh.

He's not a star. He doesn't have the respect of a star either. Until the coward beats Wilder, he won't ever be seen as a star. That's just how it goes. Hearn will keep protecting his investment and Joshua won't get any respect-until he fights and beats Wilder.

The Ring title? The one owned by Oscar? Haha don’t make me laugh as if they will be announcing that as Fury makes his entrance.
The truth is there won’t be a unification while your boy holds the WBC as he has never shown any inclination of doing this. It’s sad for real boxing fans who want to see an undisputed Champ but it won’t happen
