Prime Pac vs Fab four- how many of the four could Pac have beaten?

Let's assume for arguments' sake that weights are 147-154 as appropriate (i.e. lets not be too fussy about them as long as they are not wildly disadvantaging one side). Lets also assume Prime vs Prime.

My vote on this is below, so Pac would beat 3/4. Disclaimer I am a Pac fan BUT... To all you nostalgic boxing fans- please similarly curtail your historical boxing bias! Please leave your responses

Even with the eye test alone you can see how the Fab four were much more superior.

 

Against Tommy, the right hand would eventually land and knock him out. Look what he did to margarito, he carried him for the last few rounds. If you do that to heardns you're gonna get killed.

Against sugar Ray this would be a dream matchup, 50/ 50 I would say. Remember they call Pacquiao the modern day Henry Armstrong which is a hell of a compliment

Against Duran, this would be a wild night. Max likes to call pac the best of all time but out of instigator s Duran is p4p one of the best. Leonard said he saw sheer psychopathy when he touched gloves with him and looked him in the eyes after their first fight.

With hagler, I would give the edge to Marvin because he was a southpaw to beat him required blood and guts. Hagler has a good case for being the greatest middle of all-time, his reach and power would far too much for Manny, he`d jab his head off.

 

Hearns only lost in his prime Leonard and Hagler two of the most dangerous fighters of their era and Hagler would have destroyed Manny.

 

Alvarez was much closer to his prime than Pac to his one when Floyd kicked Canelo's ass

 

No, Canelo is far better now than he was when he fought Floyd and he would do better against the fab four in their primes than the tiny Manny would have, he takes a far better shot and he rides shots better too, he would have taken their power shots better than Manny could have.
