This content is protected Crawford is a big ass dude and walks around as a CRUISERWEIGHT. Kava also looks like a big ass welterweight. Making 147 for both guys is definitely a careful process. Yet both guys confidently stepped onto the scale wearing big ass sweatpants. No one from the other camp even bothered to look at the scales to verify the weights. Teofimo also stepped onto the scales wearing sweatpants with not in a care in the world regarding the scale. And he came out 2 fights ago saying that he kills himself to make 135. I'm not sure what this means, but no actual weigh in took place.
Nothing shady about it. They obviously weighed in already and this was just for show. Vladimir Nikitin stood on the scales in socks, jeans and a belt.
I got a mate at work he is a pro boxer. This guy makes 136 and looks like a stick. My fat azz weigh 198.4 have to cut off my head and still wouldn't make it. Pros are not normal people. They've done this since they was pups.
Yeah this was obviously not the real weigh in. All the fighters weighed in earlier on in the day. Look at how healthy and how hydrated Crawford and Egis look. You also need to be looking at how hot the TR Rockets girl CJ Gibson on the far right looks and checking out Mick Conlan's ridiculous moustache which you can see in this thumbnail. Footage of the real weigh in this video too albeit not the one for the main event This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected
Jesus people are always looking for a conspiracy theory. It's clearly not the real weigh in, which was done earlier in the day. This was just for show.
I'm not saying you guys are wrong, but isn't it a goddamn waste of everyone's time to drag all of the fighters out for the "real" weigh in AND then later on for a show weigh in?
It's not like it's every weigh is like that but has been happening for a while and happens a bit, all around the world. Sometimes when the official weigh in must occur and when the media can cover it don't match up.
It's probably happening more then you realise. They just do a real good job of making the mock weigh seem like the legit one. I've been following the game for a while and I wasn't aware of it till years later.
