    Rules? Ref? I'm guessing a neutral in between balance (30s - 60s ref)?

    I can see a boring decision for Johnson after being majorly troubled by Toney. Can also see Toney winning. Good match up.

    Well, Johnson wouldn't be a shot Holyfield, and he hits hard. Johnson by UD or stoppage , if he wanted to push it. In a 15 rounder Toney could be in trouble late
