So Brook hasn't retired and has another meaningless fight against an unknown. Wasted career and waste of a great talent. Galahad vs Marerro, Dave Allen vs TBA and a woman's fight also on the card.
Liam Smith would fight him in a heartbeat, it’s an easy big fight to make. I’ve lost interest in him.
Yawn... I used to be such a fan of Brook. At his peak he was our best fighter. What a complete waste of talent.
Brook based on his last performance is past it and looking at the ballooning up in weight and inactivity tells me he doesn't have the hunger or the love either. Fights like this could be banana skins, he should secure the Khan fight and retire with a big pay check. The card as a whole is uninspiring. It's in my neck of the woods but I can't see myself buying tickets for this. It's **** poor.
Bizzare. Genuinly though that was it for him. Injuries, inactivity and wasting his prime years have cost him - money, prestige, titles. Him and his team have made some really poor choices. DeLuca seems a bit like Zefara. Solid nothing too spectacular on his record but this is the end for Brook one defeat and his career his done and you could easily see it being against someone like this 33 with the hunger gone and not sure which division he's best in. He's done. Even if KO's the guy in 2 rounds he's in a no win situation.
Brook might as well admit it’s Khan or nothing. He’s not taking any big fights against anyone remotely threatening as he’d get pasted.
Hmm. Not sure what to make of this.All the noise was he would only fight again for a big fight. Maybe there is one lined up and this is just to clear some ring rust after inactivity... otherwise it seems a bit random
