Was Holyfield robbed in his rematch with Lennox Lewis?

Holyfield was almost a decade past his prime by the time he fought prime Lewis. Holyfield of 90/91 wins a clear UD or stops him late

No i was actually at both fights both won by Lewis according to my scoring

 

First fight was robbery against Lewis much like Fury vs Wilder.
Second fight Holy did much much better but I scored it 7-5 Lewis. I could see a draw but after first fight who wanted that. Lewis won narrowly at best it’s a draw for holy

 

The 2nd fights was not judged fairly.

 

A snooze fest x 2....

Lewis won twice but reality is that it was draw and a win, Judges decisions are final ......"scoring" from the basement means jack.

It also showed that Holyfield lacked big boy punching power and the moment you stick a jab in his face and do not come to him he is out of ideas quick.

Holyfeld was old but Lemmie was no spring chicken either, either way , two dull fights.

Holyfield is 1-1-3 against Lewis and Bowe.......hardly the stuff of legends

 

Yep. The question is, did Lewis win by 2 rounds or 3? Lewis cheated a little, by entering with a very high and padded cup guard to protect himself from body shots. Could have been an x factor as Holyfield is a pretty good body puncher.

 

Wow. Holy simply did not land enough to win or draw in the second fight.

2nd fight closer than the 1st. However Lewis won both in my opinion . But personally
I think Lewis should've had a much better showing against the ancient, and ring
worn Holyfield whom wasn't even a shell of his former self. Those fights force
serious questions about how good the "Super Heavyweight" Lewis actually
was. Especially when considering Holyfield's losses to fighters like Byrd,Donald,
Ruiz and Toney were much more dominate.

I scored it for Lewis but I was rooting for him. Honestly my recollection is that it was basically an even fight that could legitimately be scored all 3 ways.
