I was thinking the same about Fury.

I don't see how he does, Usyk is better in every department whereas Parker hasn't looked good in over 2 years

I would be very surprised if he does. Parker is tailor made for Usyks style.

Parker isn't very good but still a top 10 heavy.

Yeah true, which is a bit of a concern really considering many thought and hoped the division was going to come alive

True and indicates how poor this Heavyweight era has been if we exclude Fury and Wilder who are also both lacking depth on CVs but still undefeated.

Paint Dry Parker and all those ranked recycled puddings needs fully cleaned out and replaced with hungry contenders providing real challenges to the current champs.

Can see it. He’d be more likely to fight Joshua as a cash out tho surely ?

Beating a guy who beat the guy who beat Joshua. The victory over Whyte was razor tight with scorecards that benefitted Whyte with a 10-8 round for a head butt.

He’s a decent boxer. His chin is granite, maybe just lacks that elite power but for me he’s definitely top 10 and would be a nightmare for Wilder.

Mods can we change the thread title. It’s embarrassing to us non 12 year old posters on the British forum. @CST80 @IntentionalButt

I rate Parker. My only criticisms would be that his power didn’t translate up to world level and that there’s a question mark around ‘the dog’ in him. He needs an active 2020 and a big fight as I feel he’s in danger of falling away.

I'm an Usyk fan and if he wins I will be saying he is class as I am before. Still doesn't mean i have to rate Parker highly.

If he beats him it will be by a KO like most heavies will have to beat Usyk. So fair play.

Any boxer that fails to KO Tony Dosh PPV is no threat to Wilder - the little potato on legs proved the point.
