How important is diet/food in boxing ?

    Not necessarily. How you look is more about how much you eat rather than what you eat, as long as you're balancing the macros. Regards health, longevity etc that's a different matter.

    FM's eating habits are pretty good, I'd wager. I suspect the junk food's the exception rather than the rule, given his level of professionalism.

    That’s a true good diet is very crucial for boxing.

    A professional boxer must pay attention to their diet.

    Expert says, batter diet plan should be started at least 6 months ago before getting into the boxing training.

    If you do not eat good diet before training you will not be able to become a professional boxer.
