I don't blame the fighters for this. I think their management teams will want to fully monetize their investments in their fighters before taking a big risky move.

Once the fighters are a bit shop worn and on their last legs, their promoters may go for that last big payday.

I've said it before, the fighters usually want to fight and show they are the best. The promoters and managers of course have other motives.

Call me dense if you want to. At least I had Joshua beating Ruiz both 1&2 If it was not for the temple shot.

That combo would end the fight in Joshua's favour IMO.

Either can knock each other out. Both of them have shown to have good power.

It would be an exciting fight while it lasted.

Mark my words. AJ 2.0 who is super slick and can move around the ring with the grace and finesse of a lightweight now that he's cut down on the heavy lifting and got rid of some of that bulk will 100% KO Bootleg D within 6 rounds.

And I predict he might even do the same to this 50% version of The Gypsy King, if the later can somehow manage to beat both Bootleg D and the judges come the 22nd of Feb that is.

Lol It's like people live in a parallel universe. Now all Wilder is the one with a weak chin when he have seen Joshua dropped multiple times and quit. Now we expect Joshua to be brave in the ring when he ran and clinched Ruiz whenever he was about to be hit. Wilder is going to make AJ do his famous AJ shake that he does whenever he is hit.

Wilder would put Ruiz in a coma.

Most of the top tier heavyweights have the power to hurt each other. Joshua has shown good power in the past. Wilder continues to show good power.

I'm pretty sure if they stood face to face with their hands down they could both knock each other out.

That won't happen so it will be who can land telling clean blows first.

    Lol
Joshua’s only gone down from a full blooded heavy shot from a notable power puncher like Wlad Klitschko and a big punch from Ruiz and let’s not forget he got up from both. He also took a powerful shot from Whyte and not only stayed up but recovered within the round.

While Wilders been knocked down by a good shot from Sconiers and a check jab from Nichols!
We’ve also seen Wilder on rubber legs after being clipped by a number of fighters and he only survived Ortiz 1 with help from the Ref and the bogus intervention by the Dr.

I think Szpilka is the shortest ko punch i’ve seen from Wilder. He doesn’t seem to have any actual short punch worth noting (correct me if I’m wrong). Joshua has usually been dominant in all his fights except for when he gets hurt trying to finish a guy. If Wilder can’t muster an inside shot like a left hook, Joshua might just run him over on the inside.

Odds seem to slightly favor Joshua because he has the punch and the superior boxing IQ.

Joshua has been hurt by Wlad, Povetkin, Whyte and Ruiz. If we go by your ref excuse for Wilder then Joshua was saved by the ref in the Takam fight who was trying to protect Joshua's body. Wilder was hurt in earlier fights and as of recent might have gotten buzzed but the dude hasn't gone down. Joshua quit in a fight and came back and fought in a style he stated a coward uses previously.

I believe the Ortiz shot was as short if not shorter than the Szpilka punch.

You mean the same Takam fight where Takam had lost every round, been down twice, was badly cut and was taking shots without punching back?
Yeah the Ref really had to jump in and save Joshua in that one!!!

I think you’re stretching a bit saying Joshua was “hurt” by Povetkin! What you really mean is Povetkin landed a good shot, that happens but it doesn’t mean the fighter was hurt!

Wilder was getting hurt in fights against journeymen from outside the top 100 or totally unranked fighters and these were in his 28th 29th and later fights so come on let’s be real. By your definition even feather fisted Fury had Wilder hurt with jabs.
What about the bogus Dr intervention to give wobbly Wilder an extra 20 seconds to recover?
