Yeah PBF said that he said he didn't want to fight a guy who wasn't willing to test I don't blame him. He must be on something. Which he probably was since he refused to test back then. Crawford and Spence talked about fighting each other a few times during the past few years then nothing happened. I don't think that Spence is ready to fight Crawford now since he got a serious accident.

 

To be fair, pac didn’t actually ever refuse testing. He just wanted to cease having random blood drawn at a certain cut off point before the fight (24 days) and was willing to have blood drawn immediately after the fight. I think Mayweather just ran with it as being the big roadblock in negotiations. I imagine there were other issues besides the blood testing that prevented it happening. The cut off date and the fact he was willing to give an immediate post fight test wouldn’t have been enough time to use anything illegal to any effect.
