No it was not. You saying Margo was keeping PBF in retirement was one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. A guy with 6 loses back then isn't keeping anyone from anything. He was trash and the very fact you bring up a fighter of that level shows just how desperate you're. PBF has beaten guys 2 or 3 levels better than that bum. Those are facts!
Why do you post garbage? Floyd didn't honor the catchweight — that automatically made the fight unfair. And JMM was the worst possible stylistic matchup for Pac. Pac smoked Cotto, but Cotto took Floyd deep. Pac smoked Hatton, but it took massive help from the referee for Floyd to stop Hatton in the late rounds. Pac would completely annihilate Maidana, but Maidana took Floyd deep and had Floyd looking like he knew he lost the fight. Just stop. Log off.
Pac didnt smoke anyone he went til the 12th round with cotto stop. Pbf stopped Hatton before pac fought him. Pac fought a coked out Hatton with a trash camp and a money hungry trainer in floyd sr. Who preyed on and played his vulnerable ass. You're wrong again Pbf is the worst stylistic nightmare for pac he didnt need 4 fights against him to beat him he only needed one. Pbf would destroy a C level guy in horn who beat the crap outta pac and pac is still got jeff horn problems to this day. You log off clown.
Frankly Crawford does not have any other appealing option at the moment. Who is there to fight within Top Rank at 147 that he can afford to act like this? He has the temerity to reject Shawn Porter, but had no problems fighting Amir Khan...who was one fight removed from a catastrophic KO loss He re-signed with Arum when he could have opted to be a free agent, this whole debacle is on him. I don't want to hear worn arguments like loyalty, paychecks and so forth. He consciously and voluntarily decided to be on one particular side of the fence and now he is crying a river because he actually wants to play with kids on the other side ? Well boohoo Shawn would be the best name on his résumé, and I don't think it's a given who wins this one. And even if he pulls it off, his aura of invincibility--the one factor that has placed him at the top of most P4P lists--will most likely dissipate. And that's probably the reason they don't want Porter, not because Shawn has no belts at the moment.
