You are so far off here it isn't funny. If anyone should have been deducted it was Hart for his elbows and incessant holding. Hart sucks
Portly Dan thought it was an ''excellent fight'' Way too one-sided and full of octopus grabbing to qualify for anything remotely close to that Hart looked so sloppy and bad he made Smith look like he had the skill advantage. This content is protected
If Hart can no longer make 168 healthily, he needs to retire immediately. Every other fighter at 175 decimate him. He's not only putting his health at risk, but his life at risk. Not to take credit away from Joe, I knew he'd brutalize him, but can you imagine what more skilled fighters like Beterbiev, Callum Johnson, Gvozdyk, hell even Pascal could do to him? So if he had the right handlers. Joe possibly retired him like he did his idol.
Yeah he's useless up at 175. I was actually astonished at how sloppy he looked in there and how incapable he was at dealing with Smith's pressure from the get-go. He looked a dangerman down at 168 in pretty much all of the fights of his I'd seen albeit whilst also looking vulnerable and a bit chinny in some of them, but he just looked flat-out garbage in there tonight. He was intimated by Smith's power and pressure, lacked accuracy and imagination, and he couldn't do anything whatsoever to discourage Smith from ploughing forward. That being said, I was impressed with Smith tonight though and no question he would've sparked Hart had the ref not allowed the later to octopus grab him to death all night.
You can literally see in his eyes in the first round, Hart realized everything I said here was true, it was already over. He fought to survive, never to win. If people naively thought Hart actually had more skills Joe, silly daffy ass rabbits.
You have to watch a fight instead of coming on here for peoples opinions, how the **** can some of you guys be completely different on who won lol..Smith dominated a somewhat reluctant Hart, is that the gist of it ??
Blue collar Joe Workingman Smith Jr beat the **** out of Hart. Jaime Ogre Munguia broke Spikes Body and Head and Hip bones.
Yeah in retrospect when a grown man says that he cried 2 days after his favorite fighter lost, yeahh it isn't a good sign.
Props to Joe for going in there and getting the W. I had it 97-92 for him. The ESPN broadcast team mentioned that the winner could be in line for the vacant WBO belt and hopefully Smith gets the opportunity to fight for the belt.
