No one cares, it's sparring. It's already fairly widespread knowledge that Wlad beat up Wilder in sparring. Sparring is where you train and hone your technique and gameplan. The fact that he's releasing information about sparring when A. most people have already heard this, and B. no one should be gossiping about sparring just makes him look goofier.

If there's truth to this, it certainly explains why Wilder's manager (Promoter?) said he needs more time AFTER he won his title. Especially when it was WK looking to unify. AND it definitely explains the choices of opponents DW has had.

both wrong, Whyte was never mandatory, and isn't mandatory now. He is the interim champion, there is a clear difference.
