    Very tough to do.

Hard to see how Rios Alvarado is a greater fight than Joshua Klitschko

It's a nightmarishly difficult thing to do. Two contenders for the number one spot that you've missed:

    Takayama-Rodriguez Jnr.
    Pompramook-Yaegashi

These are top ten locks, could be number one and number two.

Another 105lb fight that's a lock for the list:

    Novoa-Menayothin

So, some lower weight masterpieces missing.

I must watch those fights.you might be right because I thoughts There wasn’t as many outstanding contenders for top spot as there was in the previous decade.

Yeah you could squeeze more than one Marquez fight in there.

More than one Rodriguez fight, too.

But it's the most difficult job. You have to watch 70-100 fights to make a call like this, and who has time?

A while ago i made a list of the top 250 fights ever imo.

I watched close to 700 fights that i had listed as very good to great. It was very hard but it was also nice to see all those fights.

I think if i did it again (i wont lol ) it would come up a completelly different list.

Now i just add fights to it if i watch a fight that i think deserves being there.

I made lists of the 50 greatest fights of 80’s and 90’s and 2000’s aswell.i had to add fights too.when I first made the 00’s list I hadn’t seen Gonzalez v letterlough and it was one of the very best of the decade.i had a list of 96 fights written down for the 10’s list.very hard to get it down to 50.james Kirkland had a few fights in contention v angulo, tapia,Alvarez none of the made the list
