At their respective bests, Page wins this in the late rounds. I like and respect Frank in many ways but I wouldn't put any money on him beating Page at Page's best.

The trouble with the above prediction is that Page, even within his peak years, was erratic. The loss to Witherspoon is understandable, but his losses to Berbick & Bey (among others) not so much. If an off-form Page turned up to fight Bruno, Frank could win.

Another thing I am convinced of, is that unless there was a title on the line, Duff & Lawless would not take a bout against Page at his peak.

    Prime for prime Page TKO

He could move and box or stand and slug

He also had a much better chin than Bruno

Page had the skills and ability to be an ATG but the dedication of a crack *****. He only did enough training to get by. And it cost him many times.
If Page is in decent shape( notice I didn't say great) he'd give the limited Bruno a boxing lesson. If not, he struggles and probably losses a dec.

I'd say "Sun City Superbowl Page" from the end of 84 wins too. One of his best efforts. Tho he came in overweight he was apparently in very good condition. He shook off some explosive right hands from Coetzee (and Coetzee was an absolute bomber with that bony thing)) with ease in a brawl where he landed plenty of big right hands of his own. After that fight he never really impressed again.

I remember Greg Turned up in great shape against comeback Joe Bugner......and lost every round.

But I liked Greg. He fought nearly everyone who was around. Very active. And on his day, good.

Page KOs Bruno. Page much more fluid and greater skill set than Bruno. Ad in that Page had a better chin than Bruno and Poor Frank takes a beating.

Page was already fairly shot by then. Stopped by Mark Wills the year before. Too many tough fights while not being in good shape caught up with hiim.

Motivated Greg in 6th rounds, by KO, if not, loses a unanimous decision.
