Now this is slightly left of centre. Again nice to see AJ fighting in his back yard.

Would be a little surprised but at the same time it’s a good move. You surely can’t keep selling out Wembley, especially against the likes of Pulev. Wise to keep the show on the road and when he finally gets back to Wembley I’m sure the demand will still be there. Suppose it fits in with making/keeping AJ a global brand too.

Istanbul would suit Dillian Whyte better. Given all the turkin' he does.

AJ fighting away from home (neutral territory) in Turkey to defend his belts...after what happened last time....

I think AJ will be a homer from now on.

The only way this COULD happen would be if Pulev's team is paying BIG, VERY BIG to make this happen in Turkey.

IBF recently reduced the champs share of a purse bid to 65, so maybe Top Rank could outbid Matchroom, but surely they'd then be putting the fight on in the US?

I like it. Its good seeing AJ fighting abroad instead of sitting in the UK.

Unless an independent backer (Bulgarian mafia perhaps?) is throwing significant money at this fight. No way does it happen in Turkey or away from the UK/USA.

He got record buys in Saudi Arabia. Turkey would be an equally easy time for UK PPV.

Why do people think it's a good thing he is fighting abroad? It's not for his fans over here.

Pulev won't be up for this anyway. He is a bottle job. If the fight gets made I bet he pulls out with an injury. Bump this when it becomes true.

Doubt this happens as Hearn will be aware that Joshua needs to fight over here once this year.

Top Rank could outbid Matchroom but is Pulev that much of a priority for them?
