So who do you rate above him and who were their tip opponents?

I'll bet you picked Kesler to trounce Ward before they fought like everyone else

Had they fought each other, the winner would have been the G.O.A.T at 168

I would have easily favored Joe C. But shame they never fought. And it does look bad for both. No reason in the world two titlists in one division should go 20 defenses w/o unification.

Surprised Lacy is in anybody's list. Yeah was a super prospect but went away after losing to Calzaghe. When you consider Groves isn't getting any love, how the **** could anyone have Lacy there?

It's funny how a guy like Eubank is rated so highly, fought nearly all his fights in the UK, WBO was fairly lightly regarded back then too. Beat a host of average WBO contenders, yet fighters like Degale and Groves get overlooked. Not saying it's right or wrong but Degale and Groves, short title reigns compared to Eubank, however at least they fought in the states and in Degales case won the title there. Again not saying having Eubank there is wrong but I think it's worth a discussion. You put a prime Degale in the ring with a prime Eubank, I think my money is on Degale.

Calzaghe was a far more skilled boxer than Froch as was Toney compared to Benn, Eubank and Collins, he was far better at slipping shots and hasd a better variety of shots in his locker.

Toney hardly threw any jabs against Jones, Griffin threw far more against Roy and had some success.

Hearns would have beaten Lacy at 168, maybe Leonard too.

Degale-Groves are on the same level. Kessler slightly above them...
That is 10~20 ATG 168 range, Kessler has a case to go in more than Degale-Groves
Froch beat Groves twice, so we can't rank him above Froch.
    Froch lost vs Andre Ward
As of Kessler he did 1-1 vs Froch, lost vs Ward

Eubank Jr. beat Degale, but lost to Groves... The Eubank on the list is the Malignant Narcissist Father Eubank Sr., the one that beat Nigel Benn & Michael Watson (who himself popped Nigel Benn cherry)

The ranking is fluid, but what is certain is that Godlike Andre Ward is is undisputed G.O.A.T. at 168, he always finds a way to win, he didn't allow us to even imagine how he can lose.

This smokey post only confirms that Andre Ward would have smoked the mobster era Heavyweights, he will probably get whacked for refusing to take a dive...Annoying indomitable man at any era, even the toughest old-timer boxing handlers will not be able to force-feed Andre Ward an L

Lacy can't be on a top ten list. Beat a shot Robin Reid, Omar Sheika in a fairly unimpressive performance, Scott Pemberton, and Vitaliy Tsypko. Somebody like George Groves should honestly rate above Lacy.
