I shudder to think what Loma would do to Broner, all Broner has is a left hook, he has no fundamentals at all. Mosley was completely outboxed by Winky and Floyd too, Loma is more skilled than Mosley was.
Manny may be too strong for Loma but even if he did KO Loma he`d have to come from behind to do it, Loma is the more skilled fighter of the two.
Loma got dropped by Linares. He was also hurt to the body by Campbell the guy Linares beat. Let that sink in. Linares is easily the most overrated boxer to lace em up. He got fame for beating them English lads.
Pacquiao only needed one fight at lightweight to prove he is levels above the rest in that division. Went on to defeat legendary Oscar and the rest is history after that. That said pacquiao for me. Speed and angles will be the difference.
Sorry, I like Loma but he has a long long way to go before being labelled as one of the greatest fighters to ever grace the ring. He’s one of the greatest fighters of his era and that’s about it

Because he purely boxed those guys. Pac was weary of Shane's power, Margarito's size, and the rest of the guys he'd been KO'd and relied far more on his boxing ability than his power.
Clearly you just don’t know what you’re looking at when you watch fights. Honestly it’s mind boggling that someone could watch Pacquiao in his prime against fighters like Cotto, Hatton, Margarito and say that he is just a limited fighter with great athleticism, he displayed incredible skills in those fights. Basic limited fighters don’t beat fighters like Thurman at 40 yrs old way above their natural weight class. Did you just miss all the skill on display in those first 5 rounds where Pacquiao completely schooled Thurman?

Loma's skillset is on another level. Loma turns Manny into his laundry boy but gets no credit due to Pacman's age. As long as Pacman is denied his "special medicine" and has to simply utilize his boxing skills, he loses. Pacman is a great warrior and had power outsized to his body for obvious reasons. He is not the best technical boxer though (reference the Mayweather and Marquez fights). Take away that "obvious reason" and Manny loses many of the fights he's won.
