    The opening night of the ShoBox triple-header will unfortunately be Jarico Joseph O'Quinn vs. Óscar Vásquez Reyes and not Brandun Lee vs. Miguel De Jesús Zamudio Alonso like I'd been hoping.

    If we're lucky we might get Lee highlights as filler in the case of early knockouts on the main card.

    They don't, for political reasons. Uzbek is a Turkic language and that's the more accurate spelling.

    Looking forward to this triple header. All three fights are intriguing. I have only seen Shiskin once but he was damn impressive.

    Only just occurred to me to check if any Russian channels were carrying the full undercard ...

    It turns out МАТЧ Боец is showing it live, but just a simulcast of ShoBox's triple-header starting in a few hours. They are showing Besputin vs. Butaev now in the meantime.

    Shishkin vs. Sierra is a sleeper eventually. Sierra was in camp with names like Kovalev, Canelo, Benavidez, Charlo and Ward. Worked as their sparring partner. Called a great prospect a couple of years ago. Watch out! I still Shishkin will be most likely 1 or 2 classes too good. I actually rate him very high. I guess he's a contender like Kavaliauskas at 147. Similar style too.

    Yeah, he never ceased to be a great prospect IMO. Could just as easily be headlining over Ergashev here.
