Apparently the voting was very close for FOTD between Mayweather and Canelo. Did they release the final vote totals? All the reports say is that Canelo was Mayweather's biggest threat.

I personally would have went with Canelo for FOTD but I can see the argument for Mayweather, from the start of the decade til Pacquiao every fighter he fought was a reigning WC or Titlist people talk about multiple titles in divisions and still fighters ain't doing that, every fighter coming off top wins at the time. Congrats to Floyd for being the FOTD 2010 -2019. Even you only fought almost half of the decade, you cheated and even lost in your greatest fight in a lightweight pacquiao, get a special treatment, favored by the judges always fight in your backyard and did multiple false retirement to avoid prime and elite fighters and manipulated the compubox.You did not have the courage to challenge yourself to consistently fight above your weight class.
As a Pac fan, I think Floyd had the strongest case. Followed by Pac, then Canelo then Ward. Going undefeated and beating 2 of the fighters who also had an argument for being FOTD, both former or future p4p 1, is simply too much of an achievement to ignore. The last time someone had that kind of run was SRL beating Duran, Hearns and hagler in a single decade. I think this was the right decision.
