People are seriously overrating Norton, yes he presented stylistic problems to Holmes and Ali, but Tyson has MORE in common with the Shavers and Foreman, 2 guys who knocked Norton the **** out.
The thing is if you ask these people to come with at least 2 advantages besides heart that Norton has over Tyson they can't do so. From a physical and skill point of view, Tyson has all the advantages. Norton is the type of fighter you match against Tyson to make him look good. A prime Tyson will quickly dispose Norton within two rounds. If it goes more than two rounds Tyson will crucify Norton, prematurely ending his career. This is a very easy fight to predict.
Tyson never beat a great fighter in his life, and was owned by most tall fighters. Ken would win every round and KO Mike in 10.
Green was fighting very defensively anyway. Just like Bonecrusher, he was fighting to survive. I respect guys like Berbick and the horribly overmatched McNeeley, for at least trying to win and getting KO'd in the process, than the performances of guys like Bonecrusher who won't take the risks and just want to last the distance.
I am an expert son, have been watching it since before you were born, was doing it when you were crapping your pants. Go play world of warcraft and let the grownups talk son.
Expert? Your understanding of the sport is still juvenile. Over the years how much have you lost betting on boxing matches? You sound like you bet on Rocky fight, hope you're not gambling with the joint account you share with your wife.:rofl
Tyson is all wrong for Norton. Norton spends a lot of time posing and using feints, standing right in front of his opponent in that herky jerky style. Tyson was a fast starter. He'd make short work of Norton. Tyson KO in the early rounds.
I can't see Norton winning this. He has problems with aggressive fighters with power and Tyson doesn't only have power, he has insane speed and power in both hands. Tyson KOs Norton.
