Conor is in talks to fight Manny Pac who is the WBO welter champ, Pac will stop Conor sooner than Floyd did, but can Conor any other world title against a lesser champ at welter or any higher weight? (leaving Bud out).

    I think so*

*provided he has a few more fights, and is carefully matched against a paper Champ.

Which world champ in boxing do you feel he would have the best chance against, and at which weight?

Doubt he beats anyone in the top 100.

I think he'd have a chance against someone like Cornelius Bundrage. And he would have beaten Milton Nunez almost certainly.

Bundrage had a solid right hand which after round 7 where Connor has poor stamina would see the him probably end up on his back

Depends upon who would be champion after he's fought a few bums first.

    Of current Champs -
    Patrick Teixeira at super welter.

Most would have been caught more by Floyd, despite the fact that Conor gassed so early.

Good point, but can Conor take the power of a fully fledged super-welter?

I think if he can take shots at 155 and 170 in the UFC, he should be capable of taking a punch at 154 in a boxing ring.

I think he is easily top10. with some luck he could get one right now. With some more training likely so. I see a lot of boxing elitism. And I am just warming up to mma.

No Diaz doesn`t punch hard, he throws a greatt constant quantity of punches nowhere near as hard as a fifghter at 154 in a boxing ring or as hard as Bud`s shots who hits far harder than Floyd, Conor didn`t take any shots last night and boxers punch harder on average anyway despite having bigger gloves, they snap their shots better.
