Not necessarily. How you look is more about how much you eat rather than what you eat, as long as you're balancing the macros. Regards health, longevity etc that's a different matter. FM's eating habits are pretty good, I'd wager. I suspect the junk food's the exception rather than the rule, given his level of professionalism.
