It’s deffintley Glass. You don’t get obliterated in 5 rounds against a guy your 30-1 favorite over. This is Jrock career. Winning most losing from time to time via KO
It’s not so much the punch as not being ready for said punch. Aka not seeing it coming. 1st the Charlo counter Upper completely not ready for. Shields a G-enious & Charlo executed it perfectly & now Rosario follows up in similar fashion. He has to correct that somehow. Or it will be his kryptonite.
I don't think he has the greatest chin, but I wouldn't call it glass. He wouldn't have gotten as far as he has gotten with a glass jaw. I don't know, Rosario just looked so much bigger than J-Rock to me. And I think the cut really bothered him, maybe more than it should have. But credit to Rosario, that was a beat down
"...you and your degenerate followers to gravedance over..." As legendary a rebuke as you'll ever see.
I don't think Julian Williams has a great chin by any means but I wouldn't go as far as saying he has a glass jaw. Julian Williams main problem is, despite him having good boxing skills and fundamentals, he is a terrible decision maker in the ring. He exchanges far too often and gets too comfortable in the pocket at times. He fights when he should box.
I’m a bit split on this. On one hand he more than stood his ground when big bad Jarrett Hurd stepped on the gas against him. On the other hand, he got backed up by small old Ishe Smith, who isn’t a big puncher. I will say this though. Jermall Charlo is a very good fighter who landed the best punch of his career so far when he KOed Williams with that uppercut. Show me a fighter who wouldn’t get hurt by that punch. And Rosario is a real good fighter too. Everybody spoke about him having power but being limited. But dude showed some serious skills yesterday to go with that power. He was prepared and sharp. He should never have been a 30-1 underdog.
What I saw in Rosario was a poor hungry kid who realized he had a once in a lifetime opportunity at his hands to change things for him and his family. He claimed he had a 16 week camp for this fight, and it looked like it. Wow!
It's not glass but it sure ain't titanium! It is amazing how far some dudes progress in the sport with suspect chins though! What you say makes perfect sense but some fighters, somehow do seem to ride their luck for a decent run before being 'found out', just another vagary of the sport!
I wouldn’t call it China but he seems to lose his senses when he gets caught. Kinda like Khan. The lose any boxing sense they have and are making stupid mistake that leaves them open for bigger shot.
It's because you're a grade A imbecile who attributes every KO loss to a fighter having a glass jaw and give zero consideration to the power and volume of the punches received before the loss. This is just the latest pathetic entry on your shameful resume of glass jaw threads.
Seriously. How many times does this guy have to hit the canvas or end up on ***** street before the deniers admit he has a fragile mandible??
