Quigg looks tense and we'll up for it at the face off. Jono probably gonna be too much for him though. It isn't the same Scott quigg as the one who faced frampton years ago.

Good matchup this one. I think Carroll is way fresher and naturally the bigger man. I think quigg has the bigger experience and at his best is probably the better fighter. It intrigues me as quigg usually was able to walk down and keep putting it on super bantamweight s and featherweight s but this will be a fight where he wont have the luxury of being the bigger man like he has been all his career. Remember Carroll was in the lightweight prizefighter and is a solid and fair sized super feather. I'm gonna go with quigg reluctantly by split decision but if he is slightly past it then Carroll wins on points comfortably. So this fight will show if quigg is still anywhere near what he was

If Quigg is half the fighter he was it will be a brutal body shot ko. If not will be a great tear up with Scott winning contreversially

Quigg a few years back would embarrass him, it should still be a proper scrap between them. It's going to be a very good domestic card, will definitely be going over to Manchester to watch it.

All comes down to what Quigg has left I suspect. His style was not conducive to a long career. Going back tp Gallagher is interesting too. It would appear that Quigg has abandoned the notion that he could be a real Boxer and is simply going to try to overwhelm Jono. Good fight for sure.

Think Quigg might have just lost a step or two to allow Carroll to nick it, but the styles certainly gel to make a potentially great scrap.

Quigg must've looked **** lately or something... Last time I saw him fight was against valdez... I'd expect him to go right through Carroll like a buzz saw... Has Quigg looked **** and past it recently??

Obviously not going to happen with 48 hours notice but I’m looking forward to this one in the summer.
