Is AJ about to price himself out of a fight vs the Wilder/Fury winner?

Hearn is willig to bend over backwards (due to actaully having confidence in his fighter) as Hearn stated previously it should be 70/30 split all things considered. Dan Rafael previously stated it should be 35% split if Hearn was feeling generous.

Hearn is pursuing 50/50 cos he knows its what needs to be done to make the fight.

If AJ refuses the split its a clear duck.

Everyone of the 5 offers Wilder turned down was 3 x higher than Wilders highest purse at the time of each of the offers were made.

Wilder is clearly the one pricing himself out with Finkel already coming out with excuses this week for the fight not to take plqce after the AJ vs Pulev fight.

Don't be silly, the way Joshua fought it would have been the same result whether ruiz trained or not. Ruiz Hasn't got the footwork or t-rex arms for it. Loses to Joshua every single time now. if they were to fight 10 in a row Joshua wouldn't hardly lose a round in any with the fat fek.

Unless he offers 50/50 it makes no difference. AJ has been knocked out, is the number 3 in the division and calls no shots any more.

If the only one saying no to 50/50 is AJ, its a duck.

It's a 50/50 fight. Bottom line. If Hearn offers the winner 50% without any weird contractual terms, then I'll agree with you; if Joshua thinks he's going to get one penny more than 50%, then it will be his fault.

How about they both get a guaranteed 40% with the winner getting an additional 20%?

Old school. Skin in the game.

Might be a good way to avoid a Ruiz-like situation or one of them spitting their mouth piece out when the going gets rough???

Number 3 on Ring magazine. Number 1 at Boxrec and has best resume. AJ was number 1 with Ring untill Ruiz beat him so surely considering AJ winning the rematch AJ should be number 1. Instead they made a guy who hasn't beaten a top 10 fighter in several years the number 1 coming off a draw and beating tins cans. It makes no sense.

If Hearn offers the winner 50/50 after the Pulev mandatory as you say and they turn it down again then what would be the excuse this time? Finkel and Warren already made excuses this week that they won't even make the fight even if Hearn offers 50/50.

Let's see what happens with Wilder-Fury. A Fury victory makes Wilder AJ less marketable. A Wilder clean KO of Fury gives him bargaining power. A close decision victory probably forces a trilogy.

    We will see soon enough.

No going 1-1 whilst losing by ko is not what I'd expect from the number 1.

Everyone knows its 50/50 except you and AJ.

Dan Rafael, Hearn and several other posters tjat already posted on this thread.

AJ has beaten more current top 10 Ring magazine than Wilder and Fury combined and has beaten 5 opponents more impressive than any of Wilders oopponents. AJ has more belt and is the big money draw.

What does Wilder bring to the table to deserve the 50/50 split in comparison?

Wilder is higher rated, is undefeated and will have just beaten Fury.

The same can be said if Fury wins.

Perhaps you should tweet your displeasure to Hearn.

Thats like saying Andrade should get 50/50 split with Canelo because he undefeated but has a far weaker resume.

While I obviously just want him to accept half so we can see the fight...

The truth is, Im not really sure how the fighter thats the bigger box office attraction, with the better resume, and who is bringing more belts to the unification, is only going to get half.

He rightfully deserves a bit more, imo.
