    Does anyone know?

They boxed in 2010, an excruciatingly close and tense fight that went to Huck (inevitably, he was home) in a split. A good, absorbing contest with lots of inflection points and splendidly meshing strategies but despite the fact that the two then went on to spend an entire decade in the same weight class, highly ranked, duking for titles, no rematch.

Does anybody have an inside line into why? Promotional, personal, any ideas?

It's well worth checking out btw for anyone who hasn't, only 8k views in six years!

    Gui Jones.

He mauled Lebedev then failed a drugs test. Then, after the result was changed to a NC, Lebedev was gracious enough to grant him a rematch. This time, Jones managed to fail the drugs test before the fight

I would have welcomed it, for more than a half decade afterward. Hell, even until a couple of years ago. Since they fought Briedis and Gassiev they've been shadows of themselves.

Would have been kosher for many years after...

Very good fight. Majority score it for Lebedev and the quality of the match is overshadowed by people being obsessed with that aspect of it.
