Who wins this bout? I say a well prepared Povetkin will KTFO Whyte, we saw Whyte was miserable against a shot Wach.
Whyte stops him imo, battle of the left hooks, Pov lands his easier and its sharp but Whyte is evil with it to body and head. Prime Pov stops him though
A fully prepared Whyte will stop Povetkin and achieve what Hunter failed to do. Whyte is punishment in human form You do not merely call Whyte out... because It hurts too much left hook = ko power Cross = tko power Bodyshots = tko power Jab = game changer
You could give both a very good chance of winning, they are both more than capable but I would have to go with Whyte for this one, probably by late stoppage but not before a few rocky moments himself.
I disagree. Parker, who is much less skilled and weaker than Povetkin, knocked Whyte down and almost finished him off if he had more experience. Povetkin will use his experience, left hook and skill set to finish Whyte once and for all.
If it's the same Whyte from the last fight, Povetkin knocks him out. If it's the Whyte that usually turns up, I think Whyte gets a hard-fought knockout late in the fight. I think Povetkin is now on the decline sadly, but he's still dangerous if you don't take him seriously. Whyte goes hot and cold so this fight is up in the air but I have a feeling a good version of Whyte will turn up.
Whyte should get the KO. Povetkin is old now and will give a good scrap. I think that Povetkin will catch Whyte and drop him but Whyte will get up and win.
My boy Sasha is shot now. Version of him 4/5 years ago was a seriously dangerous man. Whyte stops him late.
E-Hearn says we could possibly see Whyte vs Sasha P over in the US if that useless tub of lard Fat Andy pulls a Bootleg D and ducks Whyte. Sasha P don't duck nobody even when he's got one foot in the retirement home and the other in the geriatric ward. Even though Sasha P is 40 y/o and way past his best I'll give Whyte credit if he cedes home advantage and fights Sasha P on neutral soil. And obviously Sasha P gets plenty for being willing to take on all these hungry young powerful lions at his advanced age and we know he won't mind coming to the UK for the fight either. Whyte did look bad but given the fact that he had a longer layoff and wasnt in top shape and his mind was all over the place with the drug testing stuff. Whyte is the favourite, but i dont count out the old warrior povetkin. Hes got some fight left in him i think
Whilst I think AP is on the decline, I think DW is actually more shot, he's been in too many tough wars and labored to victories whilst getting lit up against the likes of Chisora and looked like garbage against Wach. I think Whyte is done and will be Koed. The Whyte we saw against Wach is here to stay, he's done!
