Erm ok. That's basically a rehash of the OP's post.

Your best bet is to ask Steve Lott. He's active on FB.

If I went for a run i’d lose 2 kilos in one day and i eat 3500 calories a day ....so excuse me if I dont believe anything in that regime

i struggle to maintain mass by doing no cardio and only weight training

and 2000 sit ups a day is stupid

500 -800 dips a day is even more stupid ...divide those numbers by 10 and its still stupid

It doesn’t happen a training regime as regimental as that would clearly not work for someone like Tyson, as he would be bored by day three and it wouldn’t work for anyone else because that sort of repetitive strain on the same muscle groups wouldn’t benefit anyone and more than likely wouldn’t be possible it certainly wouldn’t be possible for a competing elite athlete and anyone thinks about it logically would realise, it’s only the fact that it’s Tyson that people are even debating it, it goes against everything you will ever learn about training

Can't be! It took Mike 1 hour to run 3 miles? If my math is right, that's only 3 miles an hour. Perhaps he walked backwards for an hour. Yeah, that's what it was.

You are naive if you think this really is his routine. Tyson freak or no his body needs recovery time he isn't getting this by doing THOUSANDS of reps daily.
Steroids do not even counter act the amount of stress exercising the same muscles daily would induce hence why a majority of bodybuilders do split routines so they can be in the gym more frequently and reap the benefits, this is an absolutely fake routine it has circulated for years.

Chances are he lifted weights which isn't bad at all just look at the mans lower body and tell me that's achievable with pistol squats and hill runs.

His early career 210lbs 5ft10 at about 12% bodyfat raises eyebrows considering the nature of his training.

240lbs aginst Nielsen and just as lean as his early years soldfies his usage of steroids for myself.

It would be great for inducing horrendous injuries as well as inducing muscular cannibalism if you could maintain that routine for more then a week it would be a miracle.

Let's not forget, Tyson was young. He may have filled out like all men do.

Now let's compare Mikes to Andy The blob Ruiz's training routine, when he starched that overrated bodybuilder!

    10am Wake up
10.15am Syrup pancakes egg muffins, toast bacon egg, beans sausages full fried breakfast.
    10.30 go back to sleep.
12.30 am wake up, take taxi down to Mc Donalds 5 Large bigmac meal with fries, diet coke.
1.00 am go home, go to sleep.
3.00am wake up, take a taxi down to kfc. 10_piece bargain bucket meal with fries and corn on the cob. Diet coke.
3.30 go home go to sleep.
5.30 go to the boxing gym. 30 minutes sparring.
6.00pm go to taco bell. Order a meal.
7.30pm go home go to sleep.
12 mid night snack doritos , ice cream , toppled with chocolate flakes, creamed donuts
    12.30 go back to sleep.
10am wake up the next day.

    Lol

Did Mike Tyson really say weightlifting has as much to do with punching as cheesecake, or did you fabricate that too?

He altered his routine after his thumbs began to start tiring from ordering Uber’s and went to having a flunky call a taxi.

I joke about it, but the more I think about it, he probably does do that to get in that state. Tyson and Holyfield were fitness freaks, and so were a lot of guys in the early 90s. Riddick Bowe and Foreman was criticized for coming in heavy, but they weren't massively out of shape, like these saggy creatures! I wonder what Kownacki 's routine is!?
