It’ll be interesting for the first few rounds at least and then Whyte will be out the woods after that.

I’m the opposite on this one Twenty, I think Whyte can blow him out early but can’t afford to get dragged into battle of attrition. The younger man should win but Whyte needs to be in shape.

The PED Patrol staff are taking a vacation during the lead up to this fight as they don't want the extra work and hassle.

The world knows this will be a juicy fight

Whyte has to be in shape for this, he can't rock up looking like a Chicken Corner 3am Brawler because it will become messier than already anticipated.

Povetkin is perhaps slightly underrated in terms of ability, though he fought few elite guys to really prove himself. Klitschko did some of the worst fouling ever seen to beat him. That fight would have looked different if the fouling was penalised. An old Povetkin was able to outbox Joshua before gassing and being stopped.

Whyte is extremely hittable? As opposed to who?

Always underestimating Whyte yet again... and people tell me "who is counting out Whyte?" he is always the favourite!!!

YEAH sure ... judging by these comments slandering Whyte... its very obvious Whyte is the "favourite"

Looks to me like most people in this thread think a fit in shape Whyte beats the old timer.

If Whyte loses I'm not sure we will ever hear from you again, I'd never see my money and the ban would be meaningless (LOL). How about if Whyte wins I'll make a 1000-word celebratory Dillian Whyte thread (with no sarcasm) and if Povetkin wins you'll do the same about Luis Ortiz.:applaudit:

I don't mind doing that bet, as long as you write a very genuine post applauding Dillian Whyte and his victory and career... and you can't use sarcasm or repeat the same word or sentence X times using copy and paste just to fill the 1000 word minimum limit.

I somehow feel you will still mess up if you lose... and not hold up your end of the bet... in genuine fashion.... because you are not a reliable human being.

    But we'll see.

Whyte was certainly hungry for his last fight...

I love a thread with Whyte in it, absolute gold every time!

I like Povetkin, I have t say he's one brave and tough f**ker, he will cause Whyte some problems, just as he did to Joshua early on. I think age will catch up with him in the end, he's a blown up Cruiser, an old one.
