Griffith: Probably against Napoles, especially somewhat later in his career after coming back down from MW. And against Monzon, especially in the 2nd fight.
Monzon was the betting underdog for the first Benvenuti fight I believe. And if there were a book in the States for it (very unlikely) Briscoe, who had beaten Benton and given Rodriguez a close fight, would have been favoured to beat the unknown Argentine.
I put a bet on the big favourite The Beast, to KO the unknown American McClellan early, when I went to watch them.
