Manny Pacquiao Ali's top 3 and Ray Leonard's top 4 are the best imo, but Greb, Charles, Langford and Robinson have quality through and through
There is not right answer, but in terms of beating the top all time greats Ray Leonard's wins over Hagler, Hearns and Duran, universally accepted top 6 guys at Middle, welter and lightweight are tough to beat. From top to bottom Greb's might have the best depth.
