actually a lot of trainers now days preach the gospel of less road work. to much is bad for the knees especially for a 6’9 giant, Look at Roy Jones his knees where completely shot. Also look at wilder he don’t do much jogging and does more swimming and circuit training.
I'm a Fury fan and want him to win, but coming in heavier and moving less I think will be his downfall. I think Wilder has to catch him flush at some point. KO for Wilder and easily the best win on his resume, and any other current heavyweight. Wilder has improved, is less erratic and I say this as someone who has no love for Wilder whatsoever.
