That is a potential fight for the near future.
They both fight in the same organisation, it is likely that Badr and Jamal will face each other in the ring.
Inside Glory it is not so difficult to make these kind of fights compared to Heavyweight Boxing, were each fighter has his own promotor and broadcaster (such as FOX or BTSport). They all have to agree to make a fight take place.

I also want to see this fight, like you. Let’s hope they will make this one into reality. Unfortunately, a lot of Moroccan fans are trying to stop the making of this fight by saying that Badr and Jamal are not supposed to fight each other, because they both are from Morocco.
I can’t understand why their fans are thinking that way about the potential fight between the fellow Moroccans. You have to fight each other to make out who is the best. No matter what country they’re from.
According to their theory, a Fury-Joshua, Dubois-Joyce fight, etc. will not take place. That would be some ****ing bull****.

I think Verhoeven's a bit too complete at this stage to lose to Saddik. I don't think it'll even be competitive this time round.

Yes, of course he shouldn't have lost those fights but he did. Hence the point that he loses to people he shouldn't do.

Nothing dodgy about any of those losses. He got hit in the jaw with a kick or a punch and got stopped. Stop with the nonsense.

Yeah, I can't think of a trilogy with so many unanswered questions still. Hari's body sees increasingly injury prone though, so I wouldn't fancy his chances in a third fight. Verhoeven will likely pick him apart and take it on the cards or via late stoppage.

Rico is a very complete fighter, as he always was, but Ben Saddik has improved a lot since their second fight aswell.
He won the 8-man Heavyweight Tournament in December 2018, knocking Benjamin Adegbuyi out in the final fight, while Jamal had broken his right hand in the semifinals.
I think this fight will be more competitive than their second meeting, since he looks fit now (and because his last fights were very impressive).

Hoping Rico brutally KOs him again. Ben Saddik is lowest of the low scum. But he earned his rematch by clearing out most of the top contenders. This is as good of a fight we'll see while Hari heals up for a 3rd fight. I'm sure it will do well too because all of Haris Moroccan fans will be quick to jump onboard the Saddik train. So more momentum for Glory and kickboxing to start off the decade after barely managing to hang on through the 2010s.

I don't know much about Saddik outside the ring, but why is he scum?

Saddick is a confirmed POS and I hope he gets brutally KTFO after Rico beats the crap out of him for 4-5 rounds and with any luck other fighters like Beterbiev etc who support and are friendly with the worlds biggest scumbags like Kadyrov end up getting brutally beaten also.

No idea how much longer Badr out for but hopefully we get to see the trilogy sooner rather then later when Badrs body and speed will have deteriorated more.
Like UTF said the 2010s were bad for the sport but was great seeing big time kickboxing back for that fight which lived up to the huge build up and production, with the walk outs etc something that boxing and mma could learn something from for big fights.
Rico has clearly been top dog for a while but watching there 1st 2 fights has me convinced prime Badr would be way to much for Rico who wouldnt be able to keep him off for the full 5 rounds
