No what I’m saying is after 40+ fights I’d like to see him in with a puncher. Surely not too much to ask
I like that comparison. Yeah I can see Fury coming out, boxing, sharp and elusive, picking up a couple of rounds and Wilder just landing something huge. I really believe Wilder will approach this differently, I'm convinced of it, I think he will be more confident and more relaxed, but also far more aggressive and decisive.
hmmm levels....... Wilder dusted DB with 1 punch in the first round. It took AJ 7 rounds of beating on DB who is basically a slow plodding punching bag. If we compare AJ and Wilder off of this fight, that’s not good for AJ.. So not sure what you’re referring to with “levels” if you’re referring to the fact that the other poster said that DB hurt Wilder, I disagree. I don’t think he was hurt. As far as punch resistance Wilder soaked up more from Ortiz in their first fight then I believe AJ would have.
AJ doesn`t punch harder than Breazale he`s just better at finishing because he`s a better combo puncher.
I like the way Wilder finished off Ortiz using his left to distract and thensending the right straight down the pipe, there`s a good chance that`s how he`ll get Fury this time.
I think fury saying he going to come out swinging is a load of old pony !.Fury is just playing games .He will follow a similar plan to the last fight .Anything else would be suicide.
