I noticed mate. Wilder needs room to throw his very unorthodox looping shots. Would be unorthodox for someone Furys height, but I wonder if the best tactic would be for Fury to sit on his chest and keep on top of Wilder and not give him room to let his big long shots off. Fury would be nullified to a degree hinself but he has faster hands, better footwork and balance, shot selection. accuracy and reflexes so with extra physical power could nullify Wilder and systematically break him down.
Yes mate you’re probably right about it being just a promotional tool. The only time in history I conclusively remember it being used was when titleless Michael Spinks was preparing to meet Mike Tyson. I would argue though that when you have a two time unified champion with 3 of the 4 available belts NOT involved you cannot say this fight is conclusively between the divisions two best heavyweights.
True. But he got busted for coke after the Wlad fight and the PED results for Tyson and Hughie for some reason took a long time to process and be punished for.
I agree, clinch, lean on him, push him back to the ropes and don’t let go until the ref pulls you apart throughout the fight. He needs to use his natural attributes and do what he can to negate Wilder’s, which is don’t give him the space to throw looping shots.

That is definitely what he’s looking to do and is the best plan to defeat him imo. If a boxer like Fury can’t avoid the right hand over 12 rounds then I don’t really see the point in trying to repeat it. You can say this is going to be a better version of Fury than the first fight but no heavyweight is avoiding getting hit clean by Wilder over 12 rounds. I think in the first fight Fury didn’t overthink and just got in there and did what he does best. I don’t think he’s necessarily going to perform better cos he’s had longer to prepare. Wilder is so gangly and arkward and tends to get away with punches to the back of the head. He’s always overshooting. Wilder has proved he carries his power late so he’s not going to gas if Fury is boxing and moving. Fury needs to lean on him make it ugly and take away the distance. Wilder has always looked a bit chinny to me as well. If Fury can tire him out he can stop him. He doesn’t need to be a big puncher to do that.
Fury may have trouble with Kenny Bayless who likes to keep things clean and break up clinches. He usually does not tolerate any inside fighting.
I wish there was a turn down the volume on Bunce button. He's at least 3x louder than everything else aside from advert breaks.
Mine is next to me to protect my ears, brain and bollocks so I can one day have children. Ludicrous how they have got the sound mix so wrong.
Wilder 16 stone 7ib Fury 19 stone 7ib. I think Fury’s gonna chin him, lads. 3 stone weight difference and although he had his top on, he looked pretty healthy for it, too.
