But people keep telling me those tune up fights are so important. Important for what? To milk the fans of their hard earned money?

Why would you grab Wilder? He has no inside game.
But jab is extremely effective against him, Duhaupas, Washington and Ortiz showed that.

He is going to try and win decision and not get dropped or caught by a big punch from the outside.

He is not going to grab or hold Wilder on the inside, because Wilder has nothing on the inside at all. If anything he wants to work on the inside, where his superior boxing skills will be the difference

Wilder is only dangerous at mid to long range. He is ambush fighter looking to jump in and pot shot you. Fury needs to concentrate for the whole fight, and avoid providing any openings at mid to long range.

IMO if Fury tries to make it a dog fight and go inside, he is gonna play right into Deontay's hands. Tyson needs to do the same thing he did in the first fight: Jab, move, don't stay squared up, feint and showboat. :chuck:

Fury has superior boxing skills, inside, outside or mid range where Wilder is concerned. I get your point though & fury did shake up Wilder but only really noticeable in later rounds, so the comment that Fury might adopt the Lewis Wear 'em out lean, might be bang on... either way I am looking forward to this fight ,not very often I can say that lately!

Fury at 270 is gonna get sparked out by Wilder. Not necessarily a bold prediction but I believe Fury has made a mistake.

Yes indeed, the gypsy king needed mobility but couldn't resist the Christmas pies. Maybe those swollen ankles are true. Fury's ripe for the pickings. lol

Funny I just saw your post the same second I saw the leaked video showing his gut/body. Yeah, no way Fury goes the full 12 in that shape against a murderous puncher like Wilder. This fight is ending by early KO for Wilder.

Wow, how bad you gotta be to get banned by UKAD? They normally bury positive results from brits.

fury coming in at an all time high does not bode well for his movements in the ring tonight. have a feeling he will be slower of foot work and more plodding.
    what do you think?

Could be the night his swollen ankles snap from the sheer pressure of all that fat he's carrying!

many on here decrie joshua as a body builder, but if fury has not been sparring and with no running, was weight lifting how he trained for this fight? while weights CAN aid, just relying on them is not good.
