Fek me, looks like we're a "thirty something" board lads.

Makes sense actually- all the young whippersnappers are on social media, we're the OG's on forums.

Was go round mates for an all nighter or stay home and get up. As it's also the Mrs bday this weekend I decided on the latter to avoid being a mess for 3 days and any threats of divorce!! Will be up for 3:30 beer in hand (always feels weird waking up and drinking) so will report back then. Hope the alarm wakes you up fellow boxing fans!!

I’m 33. Glad to see that’s about the average age around here by the sounds of it.

Few hours sleep then alarm set for 4. Would stay up if the undercard was decent. Might catch the end of Charles Martin and his flabby gut.

Agree with the general consensus that there are some major pansies here talking about needing a week to recover! Have any of you ever heard of a Sunday afternoon nap?

If I was 27 I’d be out on an all nighter pissed out my tree hardly remembering that I even watched the fight when I woke up. But yea it would take me until midweek to fully get over doing that now lol. Not that everyone’s the same. I think the last time I went out drinking all night for a fight was Mayweather/Pacquiao.

I’m not a big drinker but as I’ve said before, I don’t see the appeal in drinking while watching sport, just end up forgetting what happens. Football is the worst, when I’m watching Rangers it’s pointless eating or drinking, end up getting so nervous I can’t taste or enjoy anything.

@Hattonmad doing lines during fight night is a new one. Shades of Big Glenn McCrory.

Just had twins, so it’ll be sleep whilst I can and get up. They normally wake for a feed around 4.30 so it’s perfect.
Knocking on 30 myself. 8 years ago it’d been an all nighter a crate of beer and a couple of grams.

now it’s a couple of ounces. And by ounces I mean baby milk. Really nervous for this m. Enjoy lsds

Buzzing off this thread. I’m 41 and I’m under strict instructions from my daughter to wake her up before the ring walks. All you lads with babies/toddlers, I don’t envy you.

Just gigged at Harrogate theatre and now heading home whilst listening to the build up on talksport.

What age is your daughter mate, if you don't mind me asking. Pretty cool she wants to wake up for the fight! The young lad is in me ma's tonight but if he was home, I'd probably do the same.
