Ruiz would knock Wilder out too.

He better stay the **** away from that fatty. Ruiz wouldn't just stare at him and let Wilder measure him. That's exactly how you lose. Credit to Fury because he actually still beat him by just boxing him in the first fight too.

I agree with this. Wilder is infamous for doing the same thing that got AJ in trouble, rushing in and swinging wildly when an opponent is hurt.

After that performance Ruiz ain't the only one. That was so bad Wilder needs to seriously change his team or call it a career

have thought that for some time. however, success may have ruined Ruiz. time will tell us. the next year will be interesting to see what happens. Right now I am celebrating Fury's win. great thing to see.

Yep.... That shot that ruined AJ's equilibrium would leave Wilder in a coma.

And I don't want any body on anyone's record

Wilder better off sticking to old men and tomato cans.

It was the same as always. The only thing that happened different is that someone had the stones to punch HIM hard.

Yes... but unlike Fury, Ruiz is a much easier target and all in all a much more suitable opponent for Wilder.

People are going to forget that Wilder just fought one of the hardest fighters to fight... and then apply how he looks to fighters that present nothing of what made Fury effective.

Ruiz will be there for the right hand and thats all Wilder needs.

One of the best fights in the division and an intriguing one.

Edge to Ruiz though no doubt.

Only Ruiz is a quivering 6' mass of jelly.

Thing is, Fury barely did any dodging tonight. He went right at Wilder and got hit by some shots, he pulled back enough to not be seriously hurt. Fury's defense was his offense tonight.

Ruiz's height could present an easier target, but during those rushes Ruiz does, I fear for Wilder.

Who goes hard for 12 rounds and already proved he can get to a guy as tall as Wilder.

The first fight people said DW got exposed which I thought was stupid because there is no HW that can do what Fury does and would be able to outbox DW the same way. This fight though was more of an exposing of DW. Fury came forward responsibly behind his jab and launched the right hand responsibly without getting into exchanges and DW has absolutely no defense for it. None! This gameplan can be carried out by other fighters.

Furys height alone and the distance hes able to cover when he lunges back is more of a defense than Ruiz has. Fury did plent of his herky jerky movement also early on in the fight which works at keeping Wilder unset.

Those two things alone are more than Ruiz has.

However yes absolutely what he lacks in defense he makes up for in offense and its hard not seeing him get to Wilder.

Yep. Bootleg D just got battered, bounced up and down off the canvas and stopped on his own soil by ''Pillow Fists''
