tyson is definitely number 1 right now as a joshua fan, hopefully we get to see aj vs fury in the uk.
Well AJ still has 3 of the 4 major titles and the more impressive resume of the two. Looks like Hearn is going to make Fury an offer again, hopefully he doesnt turn this one down again.
Wlad in Germany. Wilder, twice, in the states. Do you lads actually believe everything Hearn spews forth ? You realise he laughs at you, right ?
Furys notable wins: Wlad, Chisora x 2 & Wilder. AJs notable wins: Wlad, Whyte, Parker, Ruiz, Povetkin and Martin. It's clear to see AJ has the stronger reume.
wtf are you talking about You're probably wearing Joshua merchandise right now Joshua got his ass kicked by Ruiz and looked very fragile and ran in the rematch. Fury has never lost and looked stronger than ever tonight. Fury is the clear number 1 and would surely be a massive favourite now with the bookmakers.
As of right now, Joshua 6/4 Fury 1/2. So Fury a favourite but a long way off being a massive favourite.
Fury got out boxed by Mcdemott. Fury looked much better when he was aginst Wlad on the PEDs in what was much stronger oppositon than tonight against Wilder.
Martin?!? Give over Whyte, difficult to accept this one as whyte was crap at the time. Certainly not the level he is now. Ruiz, stopped him and humiliated him when AJ tried to fight in the US. Parker, ref stopped parker every time he tried to fight on the inside Wlad, shadow of the man Tyson beat. Inactive and no longer the 10 year unbeaten force he was
AJ's resume is over stated by most people I feel. Wlad - old, inactive and coming in off a schooling from Fury. Cracking fight I enjoyed it. Still a good win and credit for coming back after being out down. Whyte - looks decent on the record but the timing of that fight was well in AJ's favour. At the time Whyte was there as an opponent with a back story. He gave a decent accoutnof himself in the fight and has since gone on to improve and do something in the division but he's still not fought for a title and is definitely beatable. His first victory over Chisora, who Tyson absolutely battered, was a very close decision and the second fight was also close until he timed the perfect left hook. Parker - I like Parker but he wasn't an A grade world champ and he's a bit over rated. A boring fight also. Povetkin - Old and past is peak. Ruiz - An opponent gone wrong Martin - really? I like AJ and I'm no fury fan boy but as far as resumes go it's not as good as people try and have you think. Fury on the other hand, it's the key wins on there and the manner in which he's done it. Everyone knows the narrative so I don't need to go through it here. Personally I just think fury is on another level to the current crop of top tier heavyweights. I honestly can not see AJ enjoying a night in the ring with Fury. Fury is too big, too strong and too mobile for AJ.
