Let's get a little bit of perspective..

At 26 years old.. Hrgovic' 6th pofessional fight.. he was fighting Amir Mansour 23-2-1 for the WBC International Title.

At 24 years old.. Wilder's 6th professional fight.. he was fighting Kelsey Arnold 1-2-2.



I don't know what you expect or want?

Hrgovic is moving along nicely, he is around 18-24 months away from a world title shot in my opinion and when he gets there he'll be as ready as he is going to be.

it's Ok just saying "throw him in with a top 10 fighter" it's another thing a top 10 fighter wanting to fight a 8-0 novice with nothing on the line.

Top 10 fighters want title shots, eliminators, big money fights, it really isn't that easy getting fighters like Hrgovic meaningful fights this early.

Also Hrgovic offered himself to Joe Joyce, Joyce went deaf, didn't even want to discuss it.

And that's what I'm talking about, other fighters early in their careers won't take the risk and top ranked Heavyweights will want serious money to fight a novice with nothing on the line.

There is no need to overreact to the best heavyweight beating a good heavyweight. Hrgovic struggled with Joyce and his stamina is questionable. Wilder would spark him in the mid rounds.
